Biografia
Formacja Nile uważana jest za czołowego przedstawiciela amerykańskiego death metalu. Zespół powstał 1993 roku w miejscowości Greenville w Karolinie Południowej.
Nile ma w dorobku osiem studyjnych płyt i kilka mniejszych wydawnictw. Do pełnowymiarowych krążków należą: "Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka" (1998 r.), “Black Seeds of Vengeance" (2000 r.), “In Their Darkened Shrines" (2002 r.), “Annihilation of the Wicked" (2005 r.), “Ithyphallic" (2007 r.), “Those Whom the Gods Detest" (2009 r.), “At the Gate of Sethu" (2012 r.) i “What Should Not Be Unearthed" (2015 r.).
W swojej twórczości zespół porusza tematykę starożytnego Egiptu i Mezopotamii.
