"Unholy Ground" to czwarta studyjna płyta fińskiej formacji Sunrise Avenue. Stanowi ona kontynuację podejścia do muzyki, jakie kapela z Helsinek zaprezentowała na poprzednim albumie "Out Of Style": "Podchodzimy całkowicie swobodnie do tworzenia. Żadnych ograniczeń. Nie myślimy już o tym, co powinniśmy skomponować. Pomysły są autentyczne, niewymuszone. I to na pewno słychać na płycie" - mówił wokalista Samu Haber. Płytę promuje piosenka "Lifesaver", do której zrealizowany został teledysk.
