O płycie

"Necropolis Transparent" to trzecia, a zarazem pierwsza od dziewięciu lat płyta, powstałego w Birmingham, międzynarodowego projektu Lock Up, w którego składzie odnajdujemy takie osoby, jak: Tomas Lindberg (wokal; At The Gates), Shane Embury (bas; Napalm Death) i Nick Barker (perkusja; m.in. Dimmu Borgir, Testament). Zmarłego w 2006 roku gitarzystę Jesse'a Pintado (także Terrorizer i Napalm Death) zastąpił Anton Reisenegger (Pentagram, Criminal). Trzeci studyjny album Lock Up nagrano w angielskim studiu "HVR". Muzyka formacji oscyluje wokół brutalnego death metalu z elementami grindcore'a.
