Materiał na tę płytę został zarejestrowany podczas trzech koncertów Brytyjczyka w Nowym Jorku, na terenie dawnego Shea Stadium. To właśnie tam Beatlesi zagrali jeden ze swoich pamiętnych koncertów - było to w 1965 roku. 44 lata później trzy występy McCartneya oberzało łącznie 120 tys. widzów!
