Siódma studyjna płyta w dorobku haitańskiego artysty. Jest to koncept-album opowiadający historię fikcyjnej postaci, którą Wyclef nazwał Toussaint St Jean. Jej historia oparta jest na biografii XVIII-wiecznego rewolucjonisty, który nazywał się Toussaint L'Ouverture. Na albumie znalazło się aż 18 utworów, przy ich produkcji wspomagał wokalistę DJ Drama. Na single wybrano utwory "Warrior's Anthem" i "You Don't Wanna Go Outside". Gościnnie występują na płycie m.in. Timbaland, Eve czy Lil' Kim.
